The host of What Matters Most, Paul Samuel Dolman, speaks with author and ecologist Clemens Arvay about the relationship between human beings and nature and how that interaction can heal us.
Clemens Arvay (find him on Facebook and Sounds True!) blew me away with his knowledge, wisdom and heart. He brings so much soul to his work. What a compelling show on our need to be in nature because we are nature and being in a forest aligns us in ways that no city could ever do. Tune in and listen and feel you awareness expand.
