Mr. Douglas does business differently. “What else is possible?” is the question by which he lives his life. His perspective is “Where can I contribute more to the planet to create a sustainable future that creates greater possibilities for everyone?” This is what he calls benevolent leadership.

Benevolent leadership is emerging from the global shift in consciousness that is arising all over the globe. It is an unconventional leadership approach that advocates maximising both possibilities and financial success where greater possibilities are created for all.

Douglas is a catalyst for the creation of a different future and possibilities that have not yet existed. He sees our choices for creation as limitless rather than limited and invites business leaders to embrace the joy of change from a space of expansion rather than contraction.

He inspires innovation, knowing that you cannot create a sustainable future from duplication of the past. His approach to business and living exudes elegance, where maximum creation with least effort is a priority.

Douglas’ top three tips to running a successful company are:

* Empower your staff to create.
* Always ask questions.
* Be willing to lose everything.

Douglas believes questions are one of the most important keys to a successful business. "Innovation occurs when you are willing to question everything. Whatever conclusions we come to, become the limitation of what we can actually achieve. Don’t assume, 'We’ve got this part of the business right.’
