Show notes

This is the first in an ongoing series I have created to get a broad spectrum of opinion and perspective on What Matters Most in America. In the first episode I have three guests.
First up, Daniel Blackman (find him on Twitter and read his book!), a renowned Human Rights Advocate, Policymaker, and Venture-Philanthropist who has committed his life to resource equity and political empowerment with the hope of uplifting and revitalizing America’s most vulnerable communities. In 2016, he became the first African-American to run for office in Forsyth County, Georgia and was the 2014 Democratic Nominee for Georgia’s Public Service Commission.
For over two decades, Daniel has focused on building coalitions to bring about positive change for communities that are often unseen, unheard and forgotten.
He is internationally renowned as a Keynote Speaker, Trainer, Leader, Community Advocate and Facilitator with over a decade of expertise specializing in Social Justice issues such as criminal justice reform and the eradication of the global human trafficking epidemic.
Daniel has been a Guest Lecturer at Clark Atlanta University, George Washington University, Howard University School of Law, Morehouse College, Spelman College, Tuskegee University, and the University of Georgia.
Up next is superstar attorney Lisa Bloom (find her on Twitter!). Lisa owns and runs one of the largest civil rights law firms in America, primarily representing victims of discrimination, harassment and abuse against powerful people and companies. Already in 2020, Lisa has been called one of "the most prominent in her field," by the New York Times, Lisa was selected as a SuperLawyer by her peers and she received a Lifetime Achievement Award from Marquis Who's Who in America. She is daily interviewed and quoted in print, on television and online in every major media outlet in the English speaking world. In just the last few years, her law firm, TheBloomFirm.com has recovered over $50 million for victims and brought down many high profile abusers, including Bill O'Reilly, Paul Marciano and Bill Cosby. In addition, Lisa is a passionate vegan and animal rights activist.

Lastly, my spirit brother Dr. Habib Sandeghi (read his book!), the co-founder Be Hive of Healing Integrative Medical and Dental Center in Agoura Hills, CA.

He provides a comprehensive knowledge of revolutionary healing protocols in integrative, osteopathic, anthroposophical, environmental, and family medicine, as well as clinical pharmacology. Through a unique and individualized approach to healthcare that includes evidence-based, Western medical interventions and intuitive Eastern healing modalities, Dr. Sadeghi has been able to achieve astounding results in patient cases that were otherwise deemed hopeless by traditional medicine.
